Made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, got an email from them asking if I meant to click the smaller recommended size for my 30lb dog and that they double check the orders before shipping. Great customer service meant I didn't have to exchange it. Came with really nice embroidery that wasn't in the basic vest that was pictured when I ordered. Had no problems on the plane with it on (with doctor's note, of course).

Jared was not only professional, but efficient and he truly is a compassionate human being whom not only respects his animal cause, but believes in humanity as a whole! He truly emphasizes with your individual story and Jared went out of his way above and beyond and not only guided me, but walked me through the process of being certified every step of the way! He is very well informed about the federal and state laws and rights you and your pet have and made me feel so well taken care of. I have had a series of computer glutches when my husband and have attempted to place our orders for our Service Dog. It may seem to be a frustration to hear a recording for you to leave your message; however, trust me, Free My Paws listens and responds! Jared ALWAYS follows up with us-very caring and helpful! He takes the time to place our order over the phone-verifying the details. We want Free My Paws to last forever-they're great! Our Service Dog even shows that he's proud to wear the camo vest with the reflective tags! Woof!

I got a call a day or so after I ordered. To confirm how I wanted the patches set. While most would just do whatever they wanted...you guys do it the way the customer wants it.

I ordered a dog vest and got an immediate email clarifying my order which was great. The product arrived very quickly and it was better than I imagined - well constructed and the two patches I had asked to be placed on it looked really good. Highly recommend the product and the company.
