I happily signed up with this organization because it seemed quick, convenient, and I thought it might avoid conflict when attempting to have my emotional service animal with me in public places. Well...I got the gear alright...but when I went to check on the registration record, I could not find it. The website function to search was down and I contacted Free My Paws. They sent me email instructions to do exactly what I described in my complaint. The search function on the site still does not function...The website still does not identify my dog as registered. HOW IS THIS HELPING ANYTHING? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Your products are fairly priced, vests are a great starting point; especially for someone new to service dogs. My only comments are 1> I miss the personalization of the vests 2> I wish your vests had pockets similarly to the vests from PooBoss . I tell everyone who has asked about my dogs & their vests to go to Free My Paws. Com

I ordered vests for my chihuahuas and am very happy with them. They are made in good quality and were made with care. As a former factory seamstress, I notice the details. I would like to order the ID tags but found them to be a bit pricey. I'll have to save up for them. All in all, I thank you for your service. I will recommend you to my friends.

It makes things so much easier when having my baby with me.
