Thank you for the review Brandon! It is always good to have options and we are happy we could bring a more secure Yurt to the market. I'm glad to hear it was easy for you and your friends to put up! That's what we aim for :)

Kori, it is awesome to hear that it stood up to bomb cyclone blizzards. It is incredibly fun to get pictures from out clients with 10 ft. plus of snow piled around their Yurt-Cabins and they are inside cozy as can be :) We hope you continue to enjoy it!

Hello Montey. Good to hear that you are enjoying most everything about your Freedom Yurt-Cabin! It's always great to hear feedback like this so we can speak directly with the customer and figure out if we need to make changes on our end. When you refer to the roof line, are you talking about the seam above the wall panel, or on the roof panels themselves? Is it possible the tongue and groove panels did not slide into place during the build process? Another thing i'm thinking off of the top of my head would be a tension cable that needs tightened a little bit. Provide me with some further details and I will address it directly with the President of the company and we will see if there is anything we can do/suggest to help you take care of that :) Have an incredible weekend, we look forward to hearing from you! Also, feel free to join our Freedom Yurt Family Owner's Group on facebook to network with other owners. We have seen troubleshooting/suggestions/etc. take place in there that is very helpful to all who own our Yurt-Cabins. https://www.facebook.com/groups/freedomyurtfamily

Hello Sam, we are extremely sorry to hear about this happening. We pulled your customer file and saw that you did indeed have a custom color package. The individual that handled your order is no longer with the company. We aim to have the best customer service in the industry and want to make sure this is taken care of. We know it is late in the afternoon Friday and don't want to take up any of your weekend. We will give you a call first thing Monday morning to discuss the issue. If Monday doesn't work for you, please let us know a good time to get ahold of you. Have a great weekend!
