I was very happy with the service but communication was not on point. The yurt showed up with the wrong coating of paint. I even paid extra for this and it was wrong. Also the door frame is a little crooked. I never complained but since you keep asking for my honest opinion there it is. The design is great but I wish you would have spent a little more time on production so I didn't have to live with these flaws.

Hello Sam, we are extremely sorry to hear about this happening. We pulled your customer file and saw that you did indeed have a custom color package. The individual that handled your order is no longer with the company. We aim to have the best customer service in the industry and want to make sure this is taken care of.
