Frank's Sports ShopReviews of frankssports.com

The web site had an error leading to an incorrect purchase—but the kind folks at the store could not have been more accommodating at fixing the problem. Great store!

Fast order completion and delivery. Great overall service!

Great customer service.

Frank's sports shop was truthful & honest with me from the begining regarding an order I placed & paid for in advance that they didn't have presently in stock & it wasn't going to become available until 3 weeks later. I agreed to Frank's keeping my initial payment & contacting me when my order was available in that 3 week period, but Frank's refunded my money & still kept me abreast to when my delivery would come in via email & fortunately it was sooner than 3 weeks, they've received the delivery earlier than expected & order was sent out to me immediately after repayment, nicely packaged & well fitted. I made up my mind to do business with this establishment in the near future & refer other's to do business with them as well. I appreciate this business being being an establishment of honesty & keeping their word!

Unbelievably quick turn around on my order
