I was shipped the wrong item, and I received fantastic customer service. Frank’s sells quality items, and because of their exceptional customer service I will make them my go to shop.

This was the first time using this company. I made the order but it wasn’t in stock. My husband spoke with the owner directly and he was extremely helpful, offering suggestions and alternatives. Really couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ll definitely be buying from this company again.

Every thing ordered was perfect. Thank you Frank’s

I love the Tom Glavine signed baseball glove! Supple leather and lots of nostalgia. Will continue to look for more of your great deals. Franks Sports Shop has really good sports equipment. Will be going checking out more of their goodies in a few days.

They didn’t have the original mitt we wanted, but gave us a generous discount on a better one. Much appreciated!

Super fast delivery and excellent website
