So disappointed!
Jackets were 2x's the price as other vendors and the insulation was so thin you can see thru it. It was extremely disappointing to say the least.

Lack of Disclosure Caused Frustration and Friction
I tried to order a New York Parks hat from a listed item that had no warning that I needed to have a proper Parks Employee ID badge and they rejected my purchase because I "failed to provide DSNY ID". They need to adjust their UI on every Parks item that requires an employee ID so this doesn't happen in the future. They sell similar hats at the Central Park Zoo so I'll be going to the physical store location in the Armory for my needs.

I apologize but it is really dishonest to deliberately make false statement and damage our online reputation just because you are not a government employee to the applicable department. As far as we are concern, you can be a terrorist, sexual predator, etc., trying to purchase government apparel to commit your felonies. All our government apparel are labeled ID required for purchase in RED. If you didn't know B2B; On the Internet, B2B (business-to-business), also known as e-biz, is the exchange of products, services or information (aka e-commerce) between businesses, rather than between businesses and consumers. Your purchase this item through our B2B link knowing you are not a business, therefore Mr.Remington Roberts from MediaCom, we are not obligated to sell you any government apparel. https://www.frankssports.com/Headwear-C640.aspx
