Horrible customer service, and very poor experience. They threw some personal items that I forgot in the rented apartment in Dubai without even bothering to call and ask, if I forgot it or left it on purpose. Customer service is useless, no response or solution when I called to report that I want to get my items back. Asked for a manager and no one bothered to call. Very bad experience, never dealing with them again!!

Disappointing Experience: I recently had a bad experience with Frank Porter and unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. I applied for the front desk coordinator role which was open at Frank Porter Dubai before I was told that the role is placed on hold and was encouraged by the HR to apply for the Communication Executive role instead. I communicated to the HR that I do not have experience in communication but was still encouraged to try for the role and was asked to attend a training. Since it was a three-day training, I asked whether this would be paid for since I will have to spend time and money to attend it. The HR Ms. Maria advised me that I will receive an amount of AED 50 per day for my transportation allowance. When I felt that the role was not for me, I informed the team that I will unfortunately not be able to continue. After 3 days of training I asked the payment to HR Ms. Maria and she started using unprofessional way of talking. She said that there was no payment at all since I did not continue. Although she never mention that no payment incase I will not continue. She even advice me to raise a complain to labour or court. I’ve wasted my 3 days to work with them without paying anything. I am writing this review to give awareness to those who wants to apply in Frank Porter as the way their HR, Ms. Maria, was communicating with me after informing her that I will not be continuing and requesting my payment for the 3 days. I think it is first and foremost unprofessional and I am sure she can use a more friendly tone especially when communicating with people outside the organization as she represents Frank Porter. I don't think any talent should be spoken to in this manner regardless of whether they join your organization or not. So unprofessional she is! I attempted to address these concerns with the company, but there was no response. I believe in constructive feedback, and I hope Frank Porter takes this as an opportunity to improve managing for the future employees. I would appreciate better communication and more attention, be specific in the future. I'm disappointed because I had higher hopes for this company, and I hope they can work on addressing these issues. Using people is not fare!

What a shocking experience having moved into a two bedroom apartment in the Dubai Marina, where we specifically asked for a dedicated workspace, it was communicated in person and online that there were dedicated workspaces at the Continental Towers. The bathroom plug doesn’t work so the water runs out when you take a bath, the tv freezes every two minutes, the cutlery is mismatched and aren’t in sets. It’s honestly a disgrace. Very disappointed. But it seems that we aren’t the only ones

I have never written a bad review in my life but I have never, been so disappointed in a service. The apartment I am staying was badly equipped, broken oven, lacking in kitchen utensils, sheets and was infested with Cock roaches and bed bugs it's taken weeks of back and forth to get it sorted and as I have paid up front am still going through the back and forth now. they are incompetent insincere, take no responsibility and have no due diligence or customer care. worst experience ever. Do not use them.

Please avoid Frank Porter (FP) as you would avoid plague. From my experience, I found them really arrogant, incompetent & unprofessional short-term holiday rental company in the UAE. Only one good thing they did was - styling of the apartment. No doubt, they had charged a fortune for it. I had to break the contract halfway and take back my two properties, bcoz they miserably failed to deliver on their promised revenue. Also they were fleecing me thru various deductions and making up for their poor revenue generation as their marketing effort was poor and customer service terrible. When I terminated the contract, they were not happy and misplaced/stole some of my home appliances/cutlery worth AED 3000/-. In addition, on the last day they left the keys on the coffee table and walked away leaving the doors open instead of formally handing over the aptt. back to me with its inventory. When I requested for a f2f handover meeting they refused to oblige (obviously they were guilty and ashamed to confront me..) - very unprofessional indeed. Karma will catch up with you Frank Porter…! This company won't refund you even if your health was at risk. I booked a 1BR in JLT at the beginning of May 2023. The place had its balcony door broken which I reported immediately. Since then, they promised day after day to fix it until my dust allergy got so bad because of all the dust coming from the highway that I had to move out immediately. Moreover, the ceiling was leaking, and the balcony door eventually got torn off by the wind. The company refused to give a full refund for the time I didn't use the property and promised to refund 25%. It's been over 2 months already of constant follow-ups from my side, and no money received, just lots of useless excuses that they are unable to get any details of the transfer from their bank. These guys will put you in danger without a blink of an eye, will lie to you, and won't fix any of your problems during the rental period. Avoid them at any cost!

the situation is critical! the service is bad, for 3 days they have kept us in an apartment with cockroaches, mold, the air conditioning system dirty and leaking water, dust and a nauseating smell, they are pretending to find a solution but despite photos, videos and a agent who came to check not yet they want to reimburse us for the remaining days to be able to change apartments, among other things from the first second we entered having seen the situation we warned, and they forced us to pay the deposit all the same, now we they are proposing solutions to move from here one worse than the other or more expensive, or less expensive but which we will pay less on airbnb, for now we are still stuck in this apartment in very bad sanitary conditions, among other things paying money on money to be able to make the dozens of calls made, where they put us on hold every time...
