We’ve recently returned from our stay in Production City, Dubai the apartment was lovely and was great for what we needed. Frank Porter team were very responsive on all occasions. We would have given 5 stars but it just lacked sufficient utensils for 3 guests, the property is advertised as sleeping 3 so should accommodate for 3, there were only 2 knives etc, there were no glasses at all in the apartment, we contacted the team, again had a very quick response and had 3 glasses delivered to the apartment that evening. I’m sure if we had notified of the lack of utensils they would have also actioned this but didn’t want to keep messaging whilst enjoying our holiday. The rain shower head also didn’t work on arrival, which again we notified the team, but only due to the fact that we didn’t want them to think it was broken by ourselves, they offered to send their maintenance team but as the smaller shower head worked we did say it wasn’t necessary. We would recommend the apartment to anyone and would choose to stay here again when visiting Dubai 👍

Great stay, over all I will be visiting again

Rented a property in the Marina area, the apartment was very nice and have a nice view. The host was friendly, but my only issue was the response time could be a little faster. Other than that it was a great experience.
