997 / 5.000 I stayed with my family for 5 nights. I arrived in Dubai very early at 6:00 in the morning, but my check-in was at 15:00. When I wrote this, he provided me with a very early check-in opportunity since he was available at home. I wrote even at 6:00 in the morning, he was reachable, he sent the door codes immediately. He responded to all my questions very very quickly. I thought he was always at the keyboard :) The house was very clean and exactly as shown in the images. All kitchen equipment was complete. There is a fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, water splinters in the house against fire. There is a hot water heated pool and a gym in the building. The entrance to the building is safe. The entrance to the house was very easy. The location was great. There is a market open 24/7 right across the street. We visited during the day, came back, rested and then went out again. Burj Kalifa is a 5-6 minute walk. The city was extremely safe. My wife easily returned at any time of the night or very early in the morning. Frank is a great host, he gave us a great experience. I will definitely be in contact with Frank during my visits to Dubai.

The apartment is really beautiful, very spacious, the balcony views are spectacular! There is everything you need for cooking, doing laundry, and just staying there comfortably! The communication with the host was easy and very friendly, Anna could help me in all the issues I had. The check in and out was also without any problems. The location of the apartment is perfect..you are just in the heart of the downtown! I would recommend everyone to stay here. I would do that once more when I stay in Dubai! See you soon! 😊

I am happy to have a space in order to evaluate my residence, really a very beautiful and comfortable place, the owner of the apartment is very cooperative and responsive. I recommend trying the place. It is a very wonderful place.

Wir waren vom 6.1-21.1.25 Inder Wohnung im Sparkle Tower der Kontakt war super und uns wurde bei jedem Problem uns schnell geholfen . Die Wohnung war super gelegen und hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt wir kommen gerne wieder

Was a great stay. Recommendable.

Amazing place to stay, we’ve had such a good time with a group of 8. Location is perfect to walk to the beach but also not a long drive to downtown and all places you wanna visit in Dubai. If there was something I could suggest I’d put some hangers for towels in the bathrooms and some shelves in the shower to put toiletries. Kitchen is fully equipped so it was easy to cook, supermarkets are right around the corner as well. Everything was great, communication with the office was amazing too. Option of late checkout gave us an extra day of vacation.

My host was responsive and always in the shortest time possible. The apartment was clean, airy and with the best views. I wish I could have stayed longer
