We truly appreciate your loyalty and are glad to know you and your family continue to feel at home with us, and that our team at the building has been friendly and supportive. We’re sorry to hear that the linens in this stay did not fully meet your expectations. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared with our team to ensure a closer review of our laundry and quality control processes.
