Very friendly, helpful service from Frank Porter’s. I needed help with the safe and an agent came quickly. Large size bed for 2, mattress was comfortable which is a plus and the apartment had choice from pillows which I liked. The airconditioning needs a cleaning service (1st week of march 2025) as its dusty. I lived long time in Dubai before so I noticed this. For some extra: provide some tea towels with the towel set, I like to clean up after dishes to have it organized. I can recommend this apartment. I visited with my daughter.

We stayed at Belgravia 3 in JVC. Check in was easy with the friendly guys on reception. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well furnished. The kitchen was equipped with enough amenities for breakfast and lunch but not really for cooking an evening meal. The towels provided were of poor quality and there were no cups in the apartment which I have fed back to Frank Porter for future guests.However it was easy to order in food or get a cheap uber back into the marina area. The pool was very nice and quiet and although the gym was small , there was sufficient equipment in there to do a bit of daily exercise. Location for us was great. We have stayed in this complex twice now as it is near our daughter’s apartment. There is a supermarket and pharmacy close by and several restaurants and a medical centre within 15minutes walk. There is a lot of building going on in JVC, but not near the apartment block so no worries about being disturbed by building noise. All in all, the apartment was great for both short term and longer stays (we stayed very comfortably for just over 2weeks).

Hello, Thank you for hosting us. The apartment is quite large and spacious, which is certainly a positive feature. However, we noticed that the furniture is old and in need of cleaning. Specifically, the bed duvet and pillows were very dirty once the bedsheets were removed. Additionally, the bathrooms were not cleaned properly, as I found hair in the bathtub. The couch in the living room is also in poor condition and needs attention. For future guests, please make them aware that there is an active construction site right next door, which causes significant noise. Unfortunately, we were unable to sleep most nights due to the ongoing work. We also encountered issues with the Wi-Fi; the connection was weak, and it didn’t work at all in the upstairs bedroom. We would suggest ensuring the apartment is stocked with basic amenities, such as dishwasher tablets and washing machine detergent, to make the stay more comfortable. We appreciate your attention to these points and hope these suggestions help improve the experience for future guests. Best regards.

Sød lejlighed med en virkelig god placering i Downtown. Lejligheden havde en fin balkon med udsigt til Burj Khalifa og lejligheden havde nemme parkeringsforhold. Dog havde vi lidt problemer med at slukke lyset da vi fandt ud af man skulle slukke for selve sikringen. Men ellers god oplevelse med en god vært der var hurtig til at hjælpe med alt

I'll book with Frank Porter again. The support was very helpful during chek-in problems and tried hard to help me with arriving in Dubai.
