FrameologyReviews of frameology.com

Canvas print came out perfect! Truly brought out the colors of the photo. Pricing is reasonable for the quality you get. Easy to order, and delivery was handled with care. I recommend using Frameology if you want to capture moments of life!

Easy to do business with!

Frameology was great. They provide a great customer experience. From the website and ordering process, the options fulfilled our request. Thanks so much for this shopping adventure. We will be back again.

Quick and easy to order what I wanted. Arrived quickly and good quality. I'll definitely order from Frameology again.

Ordering from Frameology was simple and the delivery was fast. I was able to view my size, frame and color choices online, so, no guessing involved.

I ordered a few framed pictures and printed posters from Frameology. While the frames arrived well the printed pictures did not, they were damaged due to insufficient packaging during shipping. I was expecting a tube but they were placed in a thin cardboard package. I contacted customer service and I was just told my situation is being escalated. I simply asked for a replacement. That was two weeks ago and I have zero news. I’m disappointed in their follow up and will not order from them again. When it’s good it’s good but when it’s bad… nobody cares… That’s why I stick with big name companies when ordering online because they have the practices in place to handle problems quickly. Frameology has a long way to go unfortunately… Be careful when ordering from them.

Great customer service. Was able to ship my order to a different address very quickly. Turned out great!!

We’ve used Frameology a few times now as we populate a summer cabin with memories and new paintings/photographs. The help online and over the phone has always been both responsive and helpful. But the product itself is always high quality and really perfect for our needs. Thank you!!!
