I ordered my first unit and it turned out to be a little large for the space, due to my design error. I contacted Kevin to explain my mistake and we worked out a solution where I could downsize my TV, buy a smaller frame and reutilize the existing components with a huge price reduction included. Kevin and Randy are great people to work with. The quality of the frame and the associated hardware was excellent.
