I just got my frame from frame it easy and I love it! The quality of the frame and the mat were comparable to something I would have paid twice as much for. I love the fact that it came with the hardware and even a hook for the wall and I feel like the colors of the mat and frame were extremely close to what I had envisioned from the planning process. I found the site a little bit difficult to navigate but I was using my phone and not a computer so I think that probably made a difference on how user friendly it was. The turnaround time was roughly a week however there was a legal holiday in the middle of that so I still think that was a reasonable amount of time. Also my items were well packaged and came in good condition. I would definitely use their services again and have already referred them to family and friends who needed some framing done but had delayed it due to the cost usually associated with professional framing.

I wasn’t sure about ordering a frame online, but it turned out to be a great decision. It was less expensive than other options I considered, but the quality is excellent. It was packaged very well for shipping, including double protection over the vinyl. The frame is well constructed with real wood, and it came with clear instructions and a hanging kit. Very happy with my purchase!
