My wife ordered several pictures that advertised as guaranteed by Mother's Day. It is now a week past and the status still says "preparing shipment". Not sure if they realize that Mothers Day was last week or if the guarantee is for Mother's Day 2026! Either way not happy and very disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback and sincere apologies for the delay — we completely understand how important it was to receive your order by Mother’s Day. We’re sorry we fell short this time. We just responded to your email with an update and your tracking number. Your order is now ready and scheduled to ship very soon. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. 🙏🙏
