Hi Erika, we’re sorry for any confusion! We craft every order to the exact size selected at checkout and your order was produced and shipped in the exact 12x16 size selected. If you'd like to order a larger size for your wall instead, please email us at [email protected] and we'd be happy to help! 😊

I was very disappointed! The wood where it was cornered at the 45s all had chips in it you could see the raw wood. These were black frames so it was very bright and very noticeable. I was also very disappointed in the fact that they did not explain that they did not use glass. Every frame I've ever gotten before has had glass in it. They call it acrylic overlay. I assume that was something some type of protective to cover the wood. But it's what they use for glass which is apparently a very thin piece of plastic. Very disappointed. I called and tried to get them to ship me the acrylic overlay they refuse to encourage me to buy new frames. Overall experience was zero. If I can give him a negative rating I would.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are so sorry to hear that your black frames arrived with chipped corners and that the materials did not meet your expectations. We aim for high quality in every order, and receiving chipped frames is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. A member of our customer service team will reach out to you directly to review your order, look into the issue with the damaged frame corners, and see how we can make this right for you. We appreciate your input and the chance to assist!

Shows a label was created for my purchase, however, I called UPS and they told me that no one from Frame Forest has requested a pick-up from UPS or no one has dropped it off at a UPS drop location. I’ve sent emails, no response from the company. First time customer, will be my last time ordering anything from this company. I will not recommend this company.

Please send us a direct message with your order details so we can look into this right away and make things right. We appreciate the opportunity to help and hope to turn this around for you.

My wife ordered several pictures that advertised as guaranteed by Mother's Day. It is now a week past and the status still says "preparing shipment". Not sure if they realize that Mothers Day was last week or if the guarantee is for Mother's Day 2026! Either way not happy and very disappointed.

We just responded to your email with an update and your tracking number. Your order is now ready and scheduled to ship very soon. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. 🙏🙏
