We made a first order for my son with his summer job money for a long-waited perfume. We could not choose the delivery country in the order form, and when we got purchase confirmation it shows that the order is going to South Africa instead of Finland.

Hi Emilia! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can review your order details and assist you with the shipping destination. We'll be happy to look into the issue and help find the best possible solution for you. We look forward to assisting you!

I would love to give them a review except I've ordered twice and never got it. But still got charged for it!! I assumed they would ask for a signature. I live in a huge condo, complex people steal stuff, it's part of life, but I shouldn't be responsible because the person delivering it wasn't!!

Hi Amanda! Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating this situation has been, especially since you mentioned it has happened more than once. After reviewing the shipments, we received confirmation from the carrier that both packages were delivered successfully. Unfortunately, once a package has been confirmed as delivered, we are unable to accept responsibility for items that may have been lost or stolen afterward. We also provide tracking information so customers can monitor their shipments and make arrangements to receive them as securely as possible. If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team.

When I ordered the perfume the delivery day was within 6 working days, but the email confirmation said between the 6-20 working days which would have been disappointing. However I was pleasantly surprised when it actually arrived on day 6. Perfume was genuine, super cheap and arrived super quick from USA to UK. Super happy!

My bestfriend loves this Missoni perfume that I can’t find in stores anymore! Only on the designers website which the retail is crazy and online sellers . I was able to order a gift set with the travel size and it’s definitely authentic and I got it for half of retail price it was packaged beautifully and got to me right in time for her birthday. I love fragrance X ! I watched a review on the YouTube channel ! Nicole is awesome ! That is a great feature the website provides I just ordered myself something tonight and decided to leave a review ! Keep up the good work I love small businesses!

I think these guys provide great deals and shipping was good. It's real cologne for so much less than what other companies charge. I've bought from them multiple times.

I paid an additional $19.99 for expedited shipping based on a promised delivery date of June 18. The package arrived later than advertised. I contacted customer service three times, provided proof of the promised delivery date, and was denied a refund of the shipping charge. Do not buy from this company.
Response from FragranceXJun 25, 2026
Hi Eric! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. Unfortunately, because your review does not include an order number, we are unable to review the specific details of your shipment or provide information about the delivery timeline for your order. In general, the expedited shipping option refers to transit time in business days. For example, the 1 to 2 business day service counts only business days, and weekends and holidays are not included in the carrier's transit commitment. At checkout, FragranceX provides an estimated delivery timeframe based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. We would be happy to take a closer look at your concerns if you contact us directly with your order number so we can review the shipment details. 📦 We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to assist further.
