I ordered my fragrances on Valentines day and loved the speediness that I got my order it was in by the 20th. I was excited to check it out like a kid in a candy store. And much to my surprise all of the fragrances smelled fresh and not like they had been stored for long periods of time and I loved the fact that shipping was free. Will definitely be ordering some other scent for me and my lady thanks FrangranceX.

I would give a zero star if I could. My order was placed on Dec 28, 2020. Ever since then, there has been no tracking updates. I have emailed and called their customer services many times. After emailing them about five times; it is impossible to get anyone on the phone, I was able to get the same response twice via email telling me the delay is due to COVID (when they say everything is operating as usual on their website). It has been almost two months since I've placed an order worth almost $200. No tracking updates have been made. My request for a refund was ignored. There is no way to contact a courier to sort out the issue, either. You basically have to take their word for it and believe that it is on its way. I believe it is a big scam. Think about all our hard-earned money they are taking like it's nothing. I would like anyone with similar experiences to come forward. I'll be looking into dealing with this legally. For your information, I am in Canada and my order was placed in Cheetowaga, NY. Please, do reach out. This company does not deserve 4.6 stars in my opinion.
