Extremely fast shipping and amazing original, authentic products!!

My order came on time but however Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb fragrance didn't stay on long. I have sampled this product before and it smells the same and usually stays on but doesn't last long like it would!

This company has some of the worst customer service I have seen, just because they sell older batches( check the batch code of the fragrance ,it’s sometimes 2 and a half years old ) of the fragrance at a slightly more discounted price they choose to have zero customer service. I ordered a fragrance over 4 days ago and according to usps they did not even receive the package from fragrancex as yet. Fragrancex of course is going to play the blame game and state that usps has the package and I should wait a couple days before calling again. I call again after a couple of days and they are going to tell me “ more than likely usps lost the package “ they know they never dropped of the package and now they are going to state this bs. They won’t do any expedited shipping on a replacement or anything, all they will do is give a refund, because they clearly don’t care about losing one customer even if they know they were at fault.

Watched youtube videos, google searched and they said the website is legit, I regretted not looking at trust pilot negative reviews and the facebook reviews, I bought a Ariana grande cloud decant from ebay and I love the scent, so I decided to buy from fragrancex and the perfume is FAKE, the top notes smelled like the tester however after spraying it on me, it smells nothing like the original, no mid notes or base notes and it lasted only less than 15mins while the tester lasted hours Its obvious that all these positive reviews are fake

I was somewhat skeptical when purchasing my 2 fragrances from Fragrence X- Chanel Gabrielle and Notorious by Ralph Lauren, as the cheaper prices seemed a big too good to be true. However- I was more than pleasantly surprised by the great customer service, fast shipping time (New York to Victoria Australia) and of course the well packaged arrival of my items. I will most certainly be buying again.

I got my product and I liked it it was authentic and that's exactly what I have been looking for
