I purchased on the 4th December they…very dissapointed customer
I purchased on the 4th December they shipped with usps I never received my package contacted them they said it was delivered in or at mailbox what the heck foes that mean? First off my mailbox is very small, can't even fit a package inside of it ,they didn't even give me a photo proof of delivery.i filed a claim took forever only to be emailed that my claim was denied because the driver said it was delivered,still with no proof of delivery I'm so angry and dissapointing right now all I'm asking these people for is a refund I paid for something and never received it . After my claim was denied I was told in order to appeal my claim I need to contact my local post office with tracking # to obtain delivery records ,first off I did not make a purchase at USPS I purchased from fragrancex.com therefore its fragrancex job to contact USPS for information pertaining to my package any that was never delivered I'm so dissatisfied with this service.
