Оплатила заказ 02.12.2021-мне пришёл трек номер, который не отслеживался даже через 3 недели после отправки. Я писала письма с вопросом о местонахождении моего заказа стоимостью почти 300$,мне вежливо отвечали, что скоро все придёт. Спустя полтора месяца, мне перестали отвечать на письма с вопросами, после того как я прислала скрины с международных сервисов отслеживания грузов где говорилось о том, что такой трек отсутствует и скорее всего не был отправлен грузоотправителем. То есть, моему заказу присвоили трек номер, но не отправили. И как только я это написала в техподдержку мне тут же перестали отвечать. Дозвониться невозможно ни из России, ни с территории США. Поддержка выразила свои извинения в устной форме и сказали что как раз сейчас занимаются моей проблемой. 29.01.2022 написали письмо, с информацией, что мою посылку действительно потеряла транспортная компания, и предложили мне вернуть деньги, либо отправить товар. Я выбрала повторную отправку. 01.02.2022 посылка была отправлена со склада почтовой службой России (так идентифицируется при отслеживании). по состоянию на 09.02.2022 находится в хабе в JFK. Надеюсь получу свой товар и исправлю оценку.

If I had the option to not even put a star, I would! The service is shocking, emails go unanswered and when contacted on Facebook they block you. Delivery is stated 3 to 12 days and it is not the case. They cannot answer as to the progress of an order or why it isn't delivered. Shocking service.

Rachelle from support team didn't wanted to help at all,and looks like doesn't care at all.I haven't received the delivery because dpd delivery guy left delivery box somewhere in a public area and not even close to my door and made a photo as a prove of delivery.In the end I could not find the delivery box because obviously it was taken by someone because it is a public area it is like to leave the box outside in the street. I called dpd many times and they told me that I have to contact the seller so they can raise the investigation and dpd can't help. That was explained to Rachelle from support team and looks like Rachelle doesn't care at all and keep saying I have to contact dpd.Spoke with dpd again and they told me the same ,Fragrances is responsible as a seller who is using dpd service and only Fragncex can raise the investigation. Dont buy from them anything as they are not taking any responsibilities and not even want to help.There is a plenty other seller who do care about they costumers.
