Update - they charged me 207.40 and the refund they sent was only 197.26. That is NOT the full amount Order never arrived. Fragx started a claim that was supposed to be 7-14 days and it's been longer. Almost 2 months and no package or resolution. They are not sending a new package or refunding my money. Will be reporting this as fraud to credit card company. Buyer beware!

I was looking at purchasing Maison Francis Kurkdjian a la Rose from them as I believed they used Clearpay at the time, but when I checked elsewhere the same perfume is £180 at Harrods and other places, but they are asking £313 for exactly the same size. I’m not quite sure where the massive price difference comes from here 🤔

Vera Wang for men has been discontinued but I was able to get testers from FragranceX at a reasonable price.

Both bottles of shower gel were split open w contents spilled over all other products in shipping parcel! A mess & total loss! Please refund entire order including the two perfumes I had to discard from damage. Thank you
