FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

please block this website there’s people taking my money and you don’t want to refund me there’s people is dodgy and scammer it has been months I’m trying to get my money and I don’t refund

It's a shame to read negative reviews - I ordered Versace Eros using a credit card (always the safer option, protected!) - the following afternoon I received my DPD UK tracking number and whilst there was no movement over the weekend, was delivered promptly Monday morning. Very happy and will use again!

Ordered eau de toilette and paid for it. Their website states delivery between 4-12 business days. It has been 17 business days and the tracking number is still not valid and unregistered. They claim to have used AusPost and after contacting AusPost, Australia Post confirmed that the tracking number belongs to Aramax Couriers - a company FragranceX claims not to use. TheIr website states they use FedEx, DHL, UPS or true postal service. AusPost also verified that this parcel is still sitting in an “origin hub” owned by Aramex. I have since asked to cancel this order and be given a refund so that I can purchase the items here (they are birthday gifts). They can sort out with whom this parcel is and where it is (they themselves don’t actually know). They refused because it has been shipped despite the parcel still being their legal responsibility as the ownership only transfers to the receiver upon receipt. Don’t bother using this company - pay a little more and buy from a reputable organisation that will actually give you service! At the moment, I am $564 out of pocket with a missing parcel.

This site is malicious. I made an order this afternoon after which I am given 5 minutes to choose another perfume at 15% off. I click on a perfume to know the discount and afterwards, it was impossible to remove the item from the order. I immediately wrote an email to withdraw the article and an hour later they sent me the article without reading my email. I called immediately and they told me it was too bad for me. Be carefull!!!

Could not have been better - fast , professional , and quality ; top to bottom. Why can’t everyone be this good ?

I got my brother the Creed Imperial cologne and he absolutely loved it! I loved the fragrance as well. You won’t be disappointed with Creed!

I did receive the order and I am quite happy with it, It was exact what I have expected. The duration of the delivery was not bad as well. Thanks to FragranceX
