Fake jo Malone perfume , unfortunately I figured it out a year later because the perfume was stored away as a backup so they said they couldn’t help me .The perfume doesn’t smell anything like the original, Bar code is missing . Don’t buy from them . Rather spend extra from a department store to insure authenticity.

I purchased 3 times on the site. I never had any issues. It just it takes time to deliver in South Africa, maximum of 3 weeks. All the products received were authentic and in good condition.

The YSL and Carolina Herrera scents don’t last long at all.

Really FragranceX?! You recently replied to my inquiry about (Now Cancelled) order 53871328. Your reply indicated that YOU HAD REFUNDED MY MONEY. False! Now, here is a new issue, on order 53887741. I paid for 2nd Day Air, that has not arrived due to your lack of customer service. You did not include my Unit Number, so brainless UPS did not deliver it on time. BTW, my account with you indicated my unit. People, if at all possible, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have found some local stores that are on the mark. I am shopping with Lucky Scents from now on. *Follow up from customer: You are to be corrected. My invoice for the 2nd Order CLEARLY INDICATES Delivery on September 13 or 14. I paid for 2nd Day Air, not 3rd Day! Perhaps you should work with a current calendar. Nevertheless, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE SO MUCH AS AN EYEBROW PENCIL FROM YOUR COMPANY. I DOUBT IF YOU CARRY THEM. SO LONG, BE GONE. Kindest 😤🧐
