I GOT SCAMMED. Everywhere on the site, it said that my cologne would cost 31.70CAD but I was charged the according price in USD instead which then resulted in me also getting a $20 conversion fee. So instead of paying 31.70 as it was indicated on the website, I ended up paying over 50CAD.

Fast delivery, great price

I USED to respect this company however I will never order from them again. Let me explain. I had been on a waiting list for a discontinued fragrance called JPG Fleur du Male and was very happy to see it in stock in 2 sizes so immediately placed my order for the bigger bottle along with another item. Fast forward 6 days when I received notification of a delay in my order which subsequently was shipped the next day ie a full week after placing my order. When my order finally arrived it was missing Fleur du Male. So I logged in to see it hadn't been dispatched. I was annoyed as this is an extremely rare fragrance and it was clearly shown as being in stock in both sizes at the time I had placed my order. So I emailed Fragrance X to ask for an explanation. The response I have just received is a joke! No explanation and no acknowledgement that the company was at fault. The response also indicated that I had been notified that the product was out of stock and that I had been refunded. This is a total lie. I won't be shopping with this company again. My Order No is 53953633. I would like an explanation as to why the item I ordered was still shown as being in stock for a day or 2 after placing my order. I also believe the 1 week delay in shipping my order has also been partially responsible for the product becoming out of stock. Were other orders prioritised over mine? Surely when you order an item it reduces the stock count accordingly? The fragrance in question is discontinued and extremely sought after. I had been on a waiting list for it for quite some time so I was excited to finally get it. To reiterate it WAS in stock when I placed my order and for a couple of days after. I also DID NOT receive a notification email from your company advising me that said item was out of stock and that a refund was being processed. It all sounds too convenient. Your company won't admit to having messed up. I no longer feel a valued customer and won't be purchasing from you again.

I have brought perfume from fragrance X for my daughter a few times.They are based in New York and they delivered to the United Kingdom within 7 days.Can not fault the service.

I ordered this a bit late and used 1 day shipping so that I could get it before my trip to NY but it arrived a bit slow and I had already left for my flight before it arrived. Next time I will order sooner and use standard shipping. I was expecting it to get out Friday afternoon or Saturday morning

Received my order as requested. Frangrance i purchased "Individuelle by Mont Blanc" smell absolutely fantastic. LOVE IT!!
