With regards to shipping to SA, I suggest to all SA customers to try and understand the process from time of shipment, customs clearing in SA, collection from Picup by local courier, etc...and secondly, be patient. My order was shipped on 5 Dec and delivered today. Considering all our inefficiencies and multiple public holidays in between, I am very happy. Oh, and the perfumes arrived in perfect condition. My best purchase of 2022.

#55847650 this order on your website is indicating that it was fulfilled but I have not received my order even though I was supposed to get it before Christmas. I even called Dawn Wing but they say they do not have the parcel.

Hola en esta ocasión doy un 4 estrellas porque la verdad es que los perfumes son lo que venden CALIDAD por eso doy 4 estrellas pero no quita el sinsabor de los incómodos días muy tardíos sin saber cuándo llegaría la compra deben gestionar y tratar al máximo el TENER UNA LOGÍSTICA NO BUENA PERO SI EXCELENTE para que los clientes cómo yo no tengamos que estar dando quejas de la mala atención al cliente de resto aclaren lo de los tiempos de entrega porque de éstos inconvenientes va a depender la fidelidad de los clientes muchas gracias
