Order no 56499973 to be shipped to magog, QC,Canada. When entering this order no to see shipping status, website says there is no 56499973. Received this order no from fragrancex. What is happening with this order which is supposed to have been shipped on the Dec.22 2022

I always get my name brand perfume at a low cost. I was referred to this site and haven’t gone to a store since.

I've ordered Dior perfume just before Christmas and i was worried that they probably won't make it so i contacted customer service couple of times, their response is really quick even though there is a time difference and live chat is always available in person(not machine) The parcel arrived before Christmas! Super fast dispatch. Of course the perfume is authentic Dior sealed. I had such a good experience with them, I find they are very reliable.

Was the worst customer support I have dealt with I paid for fast shipping and it’s been a week already and still haven’t received my order!! All they give me is excuses and no solutions
