Was struggling to get the Amouge perfume in the UK. Seen it on fragrancex fir £130 less than UK prices. Was a bit sceptical ordering from the UK. It arrived after ten days. Very happy with my purchase and fragrancex. Will definitely order again.

Hello Mohammed, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and regret any dissatisfaction with our service. Note that 2-5 business days is the delivery time frame for USA orders. Your order is shipping internationally and therefore the delivery times change. In this case, delivery takes up to 12 business days. Delivery time frames, by shipping location, can be found here: https://www.fragrancex.com/customerservice/shipping.html. I also reviewed the interaction you had with our Support Team and I see that my colleague politely and promptly replied to your tracking email, giving all the details of shipping, transit time and tracking links. In case you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
