Esta compañía es un fiasco,no obstante le muestro la carta de no recepción del paquete,estoy dentro del tiempo estipulado para el reclamo y/o la reposición de mi paquete,pagué por un seguro y NO ME RESUELVEN LA SITUACIÓN,son los más caros de la competencia y maltratan la fidelidad de un cliente,trataré de NO VOLVER A COMPRAR EN FRAGANCEX.

My biggest issues are “AUTHENTICITY and “TIMELINESS” … I’ve used Fragrance X occasionally and have found them able to deliver regarding my personal issues…. Highly Recommend them.

You canceled my order and after having placed my order complying with the requirements, I sent the confirmation email and the bank, the Authorization code and even so they canceled it, in addition to previously they had also canceled two more, that demotivated me and caused me to stop making other purchases that I had planned. They must improve these situations because they are very unpleasant.
