Thank you for your response. To clarify, the estimated delivery did show Friday, 23rd January, at checkout, which is why I placed the order in the first place. However, immediately after completing the purchase, when I clicked on View Order Details, the estimate changed to a wide window of January 23 – February 4. This change occurred after the order was already confirmed. Additionally, while I understand that DAIPOST may generally perform well, my tracking has repeatedly shown “Sorry, we couldn’t find your parcel” over the past few days, which understandably raises concern given my past experience with this courier. I appreciate the reply and the tracking email, but I hope this feedback highlights why the experience was disappointing and why clearer delivery transparency would be beneficial for future orders.

Well I love fragrance for the value of the purchases that I make with them the only problem I have with frequent sales that delivery being so slow but other than that the prices the quality it's very damn good I enjoyed the fragrances that I received from them even though they don't put samples in the box anymore but that's okay I enjoy the things that they do do and keep you on top of the latest and the greatest smells that's out there which is very fine
