Wholesale application Process was horrible
We have used their brand through one of their partners wholesale2b. The unfortunate thing is that that Company does not update their plug-ins which allows hackers to be able to infiltrate due to old plug-ins that as well as other problems. We decided to go straight to them fragrance X. We gave all the required documentation we showed proof of our website as well as our social media, all based around their product. We were denied wholesale application and told to do retail due to us telling them that due to their partner and their old plug-ins, we have been hacked before. No good reason was given for denying even after we told them that we stopped using their partner and that our website is clean. Response to their reply as mentioned before WHOLESALE2B are the ones that use the outdated plug-ins. Using their platform we used fragrance X as our drop shipping supplier. Then we went to do the application with fragrance X and was denied because our website had been hacked Update: even after the response was made where they told me to email them, I went back and emailed them and they said. “ Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, your application was rejected, and you won't be able to continue with us. Have a great day! Thank you, Hernan Customer Service Specialist”
