Delightful experience
Delightful experience! The order went through and it was delivered with a bit of a problem as the Apt # was not included and the postman had a problem trying to deliver it. I tracked it down and went to the post office to claim it! Thank you!

The fragrance was good but the longevity was short, for the cost i expected a better quality cologne. Im somewhat satisfied but I think I will buy the more expensive brands elsewhere.

Dodgy perfume - prohibitive returns policy
I ordered my favourite Eau de Parfum - Jean Paul Gaultier Classique, however, though what arrived looked the part, it smelled awful - like lighter fluid. I told this to Fragrance X and they were responsive but wouldn’t provide a shipping label to return it (despite this being their returns policy). Sending perfume from the UK to New York yourself is difficult as it’s classed as dangerous goods (due to the alcohol content) so it would cost more to return it than I paid for it. So I’m stuck with this disgusting and unusable perfume that cost me about £70 - so glad I didn’t buy a bigger bottle. I won’t be using Fragrance X again ever. I bought a different perfume from another online retailer, BeautyTheShop, and it was exactly what I was expecting.

All products sold by FragranceX.com are authentic and sourced from authorized distributors, however fragrance variations can occur over time due to manufacturer reformulations, ingredient sourcing changes, or differences between batches. These changes are made by the brand itself and are unfortunately outside of our control. Regarding returns, our policy allows items to be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Return shipping labels are provided on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances and location, especially for international shipments where carrier regulations may apply.
