We have no record of any order under the name “Vikram Shahi” in our system. Your feedback shows the purchase date of March 23, and this review was submitted on March 28, just 5 days later. As a USA-based company, our shipping timeframe to Australia is 7–14 business days, so it would be impossible for you to have received a package within that period. Based on these facts, it is clear that your order was not placed with our company and has most likely been made with a different retailer. We ask that you verify your purchase details and direct your complaint to the correct business.

We apologize for any confusion about the size of your Wild Musk fragrance. The product contains 44 ml, which has not changed. The difference between 1.5 oz on older packaging and 1.4 oz on the new packaging is due to updated packaging and does not affect the actual amount of fragrance.

As mentioned in our email response on February 5, Paco Rabanne (now rebranded as Rabanne) has updated some of its packaging and, in certain cases, fragrance formulas recently. In that same message, we also offered the option to return the product if it did not meet your expectations, but we did not receive a response. We’re always happy to help if you’d like to follow up

We would like to clarify that all of our perfumes are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors. The fact that the scent does not last long — particularly as this is an Eau de Toilette (EDT) — does not indicate that the product is counterfeit. Scent longevity can vary depending on skin type, application, and environmental factors, but we assure you that the item you received is genuine

Thank you for the feedback. We’d like to clarify a couple of points. 1) Batch codes on fragrance bottles are reused every few years and don’t reliably indicate the product’s age. This can be confirmed directly with the manufacturer. 2) Perfumes are permitted to ship via USPS within the U.S. by ground transportation. USPS policy states: “Perfume containing alcohol may not be shipped by air, but may be shipped domestically by ground.” Your statements regarding product age and shipping restrictions are therefore inaccurate
