We’d like to clarify that we do not offer a waitlist or notification option for sold-out items on our website, and this product has consistently been in stock. What has changed, however, is the packaging. Euphoria is now produced in updated bottles, and the original silver bottle is no longer being made. While the appearance is different, the product itself has not changed. We understand how frustrating unexpected changes can be, especially when you’ve been purchasing the same item for years. We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience. However, your order was not returned due to an incorrect address. The shipment was held by the carrier for regulatory screening, which required Proof of Identity. This is a standard requirement for some international shipments, including imports from the USA to Australia, and is outside of our control. As the requested documentation was not submitted within the required timeframe, the parcel was returned to us. Once received, your refund was issued the same day.
