I was skeptical at first after reading the mixed reviews, but I'm happy to say that I have had a great experience. Excellent service from ordering online to receiving the product! Very happy with the product, would recommend 100%!

This was my first time ordering from this site, so I was a bit worried about the perfume being a knock-off. This was definitely not the case. Would definitely recommend!

Last month I purchased Club de Nuit EDT from Fragrance Shop. Yes, I was a bit concerned after reading all the negative reviews on TrustPilot and, yes, I was worried it wouldn't be a genuine product. But I had no need to fear the worst! The order was processed really quickly and certainly on par with competitors like FragranceNet and FragranceX. It was despatched within 24 hours and, just as predicted, it took about two weeks to reach Australia. I didn't think there would be tracking, but there was - so that was actually really reassuring. So, all in all, I'm very happy to buy from FragranceShop and I've just placed an order for Angel Men Pure Havane at a ridiculously low price. I can't personally fault the service and the prices - so I'm happy and I'll continue to shop there!

Ordered over £100 worth of perfume online, and got it for a decent price. Read all the negative reviews but still went for it. Communication excellent. Delivery excellent and product excellent. Definitely recommend.

Well the Plymouth store at least is absolutely brilliant. They went above and beyond for me, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
