I bought two bottles one leaked from shipping and left about 65%. Right when I received shipping box I could smell it coming through. I immediately took pictures and contacted them through email and Instagram. I got no reply.

I bought mancera velvet vanilla. It had absolutely no scent to it and it burned my skin. I think it was a fake. It happens. I used 1/3 of it to keep trying thinking maybe it needed to settle a few days. Nope didn’t happen. I sent it back paid for shipping . They did not refund me the entire amount because it was only 2/3 full. I think they should have given me my entire amount back or another bottle to try. I realize there are fakes out there. I buy a lot of perfume. So I won’t go back to them as this was my first encounter with fragranceshop and I think they could have done better by me. Repeat business and word of mouth is everything . I don’t think they get that as I see the reviews on them are not so great . Live and learn

Product came in 7 to 10 days. Best price from recognized discounter. Unfortunately I received a bad batch or more likely a counterfeit fragrance. Buyer beware: Company does not pay for return shipping and does not accept opened items. I will not purchase from them again.

The delay on my delivery, there is no way to contact fragrance shop by telephone only by email that never got a response back regarding my product

I ordered for the first time and it may be the last. It’s now been three days and I’ve gotten absolutely no update on my order. I sent them an email and I have yet to get a response. I’m ready to call my bank and ask for a charge back if I do not get a response or an email about it being shipped. This is ridiculous.

Not reliable.. once they have your money they believe they're done .. but the package hasn't arrived. I am in the US and so is fragranceshop.com I don't recommend them this holiday gift package is delayed, no ETA given and no response from DHL. fragranceshop uses DHL and the Fragrance Shop email 4 days ago subject is "Your FragranceShop.com order is now complete" DLH message is "Your package is experiencing a delay in transit. Please allow additional time for delivery. We appreciate your patience during this time. Your package should be with you soon!"

I have bought Clinique Elixir Body Smoother for probably 20 years. The two tubes I recently purchased from Fragranceshops.com came in the original package and looked normal, but when I began to use it the lack for fragrance was very noticeable. Considering the substantiable cost of these items, I contacted the company several weeks ago and as yet, have not received a reply. I can only assume that the product they are supplying is very old stock. They have very poor P.R. Update: Sep 27, 2025. After some research on line, it appears that Clinique has changed the formular for the Elixir Body Smoother and it the fragrance is now weaker. However, Fragranceshop did not answer my original concern sent via their website and it took this review to get a response.
