NOT AUTHENTIC I purchased a bottle of Angel which when it arrived it definitely wasn’t authentic, the smell, the colour and the bottle wasn’t even full, I have used this perfume for years and still have some left from a previously which clearly shows the difference so I contacted them and attached photos showing the huge difference and basically they said all our products are authentic, basically bad luck, return for partial refund, which I was happy to do, however being in Australia we are not able to send perfume internationally I found out on trying to return it and which I sent proof of. So very disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again

I can't very well rate something I never received. I have been waiting patiently but have received nothing. I seldom leave the house and receive multiple packages daily. I do not know what the problem is but I would appreciate you looking into it.. Thank You, Lola Duke

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago thru FraganceShop.com due to tempting coupon offer. Since then it’s been nothing but downhill, no order confirmation (yet money comes out of your account on the spot), had to wait for four days for someone in their unreliable customer service to provide me with a tracking number, order lost for a day by carrier, poorly handled package arrived late with damaged/defective products, bottles were leaking and sprayer not functional, after almost a week after sending requested pictures of damaged products I get a condescending email with a return label for me to send items back and hope that I would be refunded who knows when. A pricy lesson for falling into the “coupon scam”. I left one star because that was the lowest option available by the way not because they deserve it in anyway.

I feel my perfume smells off! I've been using Gucci rush for over 20 years, This smells FAKE! I hate it. I bought two bottles!! NEVER AGAIN!

I haven’t received my order yet so I’m not sure why y’all sending me a link to rate my purchase. But when I tracked my package it’s saying it was in my state which is (Maryland) on 1-8-21 now today on 1-22-21 it’s somewhere in D.C. so unorganized.

Don't expect good customer service or packaging of shipment. Received fragrance that was supposed to be Chaps for men-- It stunk. I ordered two in good faith. I also ordered two Polo Sport for Women that smells great, but leaked all in the box. Now, I find out I can foot the bill for a return and restocking fee. I will never order from here again.

Yes, the prices are fantastic but I am not impressed with the product. This is an example of get what you pay for. The product comes in a simple glass roll on container with what appears to be a homemade paper label. The second reason I would not order again is because they messed up my first order and didn't send the two items I ordered; they only sent one. I wrote to them and they did send me what they thought was the second part of my order but it turned out to be the same perfume I got the first time. So now I have two of one kind, and none of the other. I wrote to them again but instead of sending me my second perfume they just refunded me some money. I'm not even sure if I got the correct amount back because there were promo codes involved. Due to my experience; I will not be ordering again through this company. I would like to add that in order to leave this review, I had to "sign up" and agree to them sending me stuff to my email. I want my review to be shown so I'm willing to go ahead and give my email if it saves one person from going through the same headache that I went through.
