I tried to cancel an order the same day it was placed, as I had changed my mind, I recieved an email back the following day, addressing me by part of my email address not even my name, informing me that my order had already shipped so they were not able to cancel it. However, I had not received any shipping notification or tracking information and when I checked my order status it still said processing. I will be returning the perfume and asking for a refund. Their customer service is a joke.

Very disappointed not what I expected my perfume smells like alcohol would have expected better quality first time buying from this website

I bought 10pcs in this website. It is Narciso for her edp 100mil seal. But I đont know what the hell this website send to me. It is fake perfume. I sent email to complain, but they did not refund my money or goods.

This smelled nothing like the fragrance at Dillard's totally different, I will not buy from this site again ,I do not believe these are authentic fragrances.

This is the worst website to buy fragrances. I order 5 fragrances in early April and it's now June i have not receive my delivery yet. I email them that i haven't receive the delivery . But they dont bother to reply me. Don't know what should i do now ?

All the bottles leak when I try to spray them. Also, some of bottles smell "old" or "rancid". Not good.

Do not order from these poeple! I ordered Aramis deodorant sticks and received Aramis anti-perspirant sticks. Unfortunately, there is a huge difference- the anti-perspirant is white and leaves a very visible stain on clothes. I have tried contacting their customer support 4 times and they don't even bother replying. I am now on a mission to spare other people my issues.
