FragranceShop.comReviews of fragranceshop.com

I ordered $152 worth of cologne on 11/10/2023, it is now 11/14/2023 and I have had ZERO communication from them. I have sent THREE messages to them through their online portal since they do not list a phone number and have received ZERO reply! I would NOT recommend them, there are plenty of other places to get perfume!!!

Items received are counterfeit...

8 days ago I placed an order. Within two days UPS gave me a delivery date meaning that Fragranceshop had at least created a shipping label. My order was then updated to say delivery would be Sept 1 which was 7 days from the order. Fragranceshop was using UPS SmartPost which adds delays because UPS delivers to the post office and then they eventually deliver to my house. Because of that once I had the delivery date I paid UPS $8 to upgrade to UPS Ground to have it delivered faster straight to my house specifically for one cologne in my order for my son’s birthday. I did that upgrade at 7AM a few days ago, later that day I get a PayPal refund from Fragranceshop for a small amount of my order but zero communication what it was for. I reached out and they eventually replied saying that the cologne was the reason I upgraded shipping for was now not in stock so I would even get that. They then asked if I wanted the rest, again this was ONLY after I sent a complaint, they didn’t reach out on their own. I said yes I wanted the rest and now 2 days later, a day after it was all supposed to be delivered, UPS still has never received anything at all. I’ve used Fragranceshop for YEARS, and this unfortunately is starting to feel like a scam where I unfortunately spent over $200 on stuff that they either don’t have and won’t admit it, their service is so bad that they’ve not got around to shipping 3 bottles, or it’s now a scam of some sort.

please don't buy any thing from this website fake website you will never get the item will never be sent to you its fraud company please don't buy any thing please i have open case against the web side from my credit card please do not buy any thing fraud fraud fraud my it was never shipped because it’s a fake company. Do not buy anything. My order #100197808

Scam artist ! Stay away !! They advertise one fragrance then ship another . When you point out their error , the will accept your return … BUT … you have to pay shipping both ways and a BS “restock” fee . Had to dispute with credit card company . Absolute criminal!! How someone can think they can just ship a different product without your consent is beyond me . Update … I had for some reason thought I’d over look having to fight them to get my money back my first experience and ordered from them a 2nd time . It was for a bday present … I paid for expedited shipping which their website said would ship in two days … well I ordered on the 5th and the did not ship for 8 days !!! Sent repeated emails about the delay and the extra money I was charged to ship in two days … No RESPONSE!! They did apparently try to have my review here taken down though

I received the wrong cologne. I sent it back, and I was told I would get credit to buy another cologne. I have not received any credit. I emailed them and no response. It has been 3 weeks already. Do not trust them.

UPDATED: I have been a loyal customer of Fragranceshop for 16 years and the Fragranceshop I know have been great, amazing, wonderful, 5star, A+, reliable, great packaging, professional customer service, authentic, friendly, and I can go on to name all my positive thoughts about this fragrance store until they sent me my 3 orders that is worth of $150.00 in a poly bag with no support of protection other than another poly bag with a flimsy tiny bubblets. I knew right away that they sent me dinged and damaged original boxes of the items that nobody wants to buy and that they can’t sell. I sent them an email about it including photos of the poly bag and the damaged product’s original box and the reply I got from the cs-fragrance shop was: “ They are sorry that I am not satisfied with my order. They emailed me a copy of their refund policy. It discloses that I will have to pay for my return labels plus I will have to pay for the restocking fee and pay 2.9% just for using PayPal, last but not least of their demands they will have to charge me a shipping fee for the shipping label used for delivering those products to me for free.” They always ship me my ordered products in a box and all of a sudden they shipped my expensive orders in a poly bag and then showed me that I will have to pay all the fees for complaining and returning them even though the fault started on their end. So now I decided not to return the items because of their expensive return policy threat! What a joke!!

I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER THAT I PLACED ON FEBRUARY 11, I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS REQUESTING A REFUND AND CANCEL MY ORDER, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TOWARDS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I FEEL THEY HAVE JUST TAKEN MY MONEY !!!
