This company sells old perfumes. I purchased over 500 dollars worth and upon opening and smelling the perfumes I noticed the lack of smell. I check the patch numbers and the newest one was 3 years and 8 month. I checked patch number and I was stunt over 10 years. This is why I was smelling alcohol only. I put a dispute and got my money back. Don’t be fooled into buying old genuine names if they have been manufactured 3 to 10 years ago because they lack the oils that give you the smell of the perfume, you only have alcohol in a bottle.

I ordered Versace Eros Parfum 6.7oz from this company on 4/10/24. This company sent Versace Eros EDP 6.7oz to me. I immediately contacted the company via email, (they do not have a phone number to call). I emailed pictures of the package showing the wrong product. The company replied and said they would give me a 25% discount on the wrong product or I should return the wrong product for a full refund. I responded that I would return the wrong product and asked for return label. The company has failed to send the return label despite numerous emails. This is very alarming. First they sent me the wrong product and secondly they are refusing to send a return label. Buyers Beware. I am filing a dispute with my bank.

They’ll advertise items and you’ll never receive them along with it taking nearly 2 weeks to get a refund. Avoid doing business with them - they are super shady with terrible customer service

I made my order more than one maunth ago after that I got one email from them about they don't have one product in stock, asked me what I would like to get full refund or only for one product which is out of their stock, I said that I am waiting for one perfume and they can refund me for second perfume. After that I didn't get my perfume, it's still not shipped and I didn't get refund! They are keeping ignore all my emails. Just stolen my money. Please avoid this store!

As of today the company hasn’t acknowledged the fact that I have emailed them in search of my order information it’s the poorest Costomer service I’ve had in my time collecting fragrances I mean just an email for acknowledgment how poor is that made small order nothing difficult at all should have been easy to do but evidently not I have used in the past with no problems but now it’s just off putting I hope that if anyone else uses them they have better luck than I I plan on suspending my business with them as I choose to not do business with a company with no costomer service
