FragranceShop.comReviews of fragranceshop.com

If you're buying from outside the US, two red flags with this site: (i) Checkout pricing is different to product listing (ii) Checkout pricing does not show currency Be careful of their misleading prices. In my case, their site advertises the pricing in AUD (AUD $68.31). At check-out, pricing is now $65.90 ($45.95 product + $19.95 shipping - red flag 1), and DOES NOT show currency (red flag 2). The total cost to me was AUD $108. That's AUD $43 more than advertised. I have screen shots to show this, so will add them to the Google Review also.

Don't buy from here! I ordered Bond 9 and package arrived damaged. Perfume bottle was completely shattered! Supposedly they were going to investigate and according to them because Fedex said package was intact they weren't going to do nothing. I couldn't put no star because to write a review you need to choose a star. This shop doesn't deserve one star neither. This was a Christmas present and had to buy it all over agin from another store after waisting so much money with them. I won't buy ever from here!

I ordered a roll on scent of Paloma Picasso to travel with. It arrived in 3 days, but It is not the same scent and is really awful. It didn't look like the product online and the label on the bottle said Paloma Picasso (Her Type) which indicates to me that it was a knock-off. I've just written to find out how to return it and get my money back.

I bought a bottle of Jessica McClintoc perfume. When I used it my sister commented what is that strong aftershave smell? I didn't realize it at first so I tested it and sure enough it was AWFUL! So old that the scent was GONE and the stink remained. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!

I already wrote a review but I don’t know how to send it when I give it a title it didn’t go through anyway I ordered perfume from this group several weeks ago it was supposed to have been delivered by August 22 but I haven’t received it as yet. How do I go about getting a refund? Does anyone know?

I ordered three bottles of the Burberry London for men. Was really excited because of the rock-bottom price that they are selling it for, only to be disappointed after it arrived. The scent dissipates so quickly, even after basically dousing myself in it. The scent is basically nonexistent, with alcohol being the smell that is most prevalent. I still had some Burberry London, from a different vendor, and only a few sprays of that lasted all day. I am convinced that this site sells really old cologne and perfumes, which is how they can sell it for so cheap. If you don’t mind having to reapply numerous times a day, then by all means, buy away! However, if you are looking for something that lasts longer and isn’t older than God, I strongly suggest going to a different site. I have emailed the company repeatedly and still have yet to hear back from them. This company is a scam. Run away as fast as you can.

I ordered a perfume and never received it. Scu*my company.

Terrible service. Order online, Item was in stock the order confirmed then got an email to say dispatched. When had not arrived decided to track it which then said order not recognised. When I spoke to customer service via email said the order had been cancelled - no reason why this had been done and I had not received notification. I then asked if they could not re-order and send as still in stock they said no. Very unhelpful and rude and will not use this company again - have ordered elsewhere.
