Order was lost by courier. These people offered a refund or replacement and sent an insurance claim form which I filled out and sent back. Then they ghosted me. Stopped responding to emails and messages. So my only conclusion is they claimed the insurance and kept the money for themselves. So they are thieves in my book.

this was my first time ordering from Fragranceshop.com after reading lot of their reviews which was very good. When I got my fragrance, however the scent of the fragrance was not of a eau de parfum, I have used this fragrance for a long time. When I contacted the customer service, they referred to return site, which basically is impossible to return for refund. I am very disappointed to say the least and I would never shop at this site again.

Company is a scam. Said they shipped my order and was delivered. Delivery never happened. PayPal denied clam only because company said it was delivered. No proof. Will not purchase anything online in the future. SCAM!

Spend $130 on a fragrance called montale black aoud and they sent me a fragrance called AFNAN which is worth $40 and proceeded to not reply to any of my attempts to reach them and resolve the situation.

Never Opened – Terrible Customer Service & Return Policy Extremely disappointed. I had to threaten to dispute the charges just to get a response from customer service bc You can't return anything without an authorization number. Their return/refund policy is awful — I paid around $15 to send back completely unopened items, only to have $9 deducted from my refund because my order was under $95. Seriously?!! That’s ridiculous!

Do not trust. They said item was shipped- but it never arrived. No refund. No help. They didn’t insure the package and wouldn't replace. Beware and don’t buy here. Paid full price and received nothing

I ordered two perfumes which I opened on my return from work. The external packaging was intact and undamaged and all looked ok inside. It wasn’t until I opened the internal packaging of the Gucci rush that I saw that the product had leaked and the bottle sprayer didn’t close fully. I’m not sure how much product has spilt as the bottle isn’t clear. I discharged the packaging not thinking an issue and made contact with the fragrance shop the next morning as they were closed on receipt. I’m being told that they can’t assist as I don’t have all the packaging and that they spoken to their warehouse who state that my order was curled packaged before transport. Of course they’re going to say that. Ultimately this is a manufacturing issue as the bottle internally isn’t correct but as a paying customer I’m left out of pocket?!

Cannot give 0 stars but this feels like a scam. Ordered perfume for a gift to be delivered. They messed the initial order up. I ordered again for delivery to the post office. Post office rejected and sent it back to them. They're now telling me it takes 18 days to process the return and cant be cancelled until its back at their warehouse. I haven't even touched the product and now its tied up with some protocol. Ill have to order elsewhere. Customer service is in South Africa and cant even put me through to manager. They said it takes 72 hours for someone to get back to me. Funny I placed the order less than 72 hours ago
