We went to the Citadel Outlet to shop…
We went to the Citadel Outlet to shop for a fragrance for my 12 year old son. From the moment we walked in were greeted and introduced to a variety of colognes to my sons liking. The lady who helped us was amazing, she took the time to let us smell and try a variety of different scents. We decided on 2 different types of colognes to purchase and we were even given extra samples to try and see if we want to purchase in the future. Great prices, excellent customer service! We will be back very soon!

Customer service was very great
Customer service was very great. She was very patient and helpful and she introduced me into the membership program. The prices was kind of high, but after all everything was great.

Poor service
The person who helped me acted like I couldn't afford anything. Regardless of anyone's financial status there should be better customer service. Most people with money don't go around flaunting it. Her attitude changed when she realized I was a paying customer.

The service was remarkable
The service was remarkable. She took her time, explained the fragrances and didn’t rush me. I was very happy suspend a lot of money there you very much.
