It was a good time. The customer service was very good and you can tell they were knowledgeable on the products. I ended up buying a cologne I didn't know I wanted and so did two of my other friends. 5/5

I asked for one specific perfume, the Gorgeous by Michael Kors (the pink one, I even showed the image on Google) and were given the wrong one. We asked to see the bottle but the personnel told us they didn’t have one unpacked, so we asked again if it was the correct one. When we opened the package later that day and saw the bottle… it was the wrong one. The next day, we went to the store because we saw the return policy on the ticket, but when we arrived the personnel was very disrespectful and showed a printed sheet they have on the cashier…we usually buy perfumes at this store and it’s the first time we have problems, hopefully you could solve this policy because is very annoying and a waste of time

Joe was an amazing sales person. He was patient and took his time to show and explain all the scents.
