The staff were very knowledgeable and wewr able to help me decide on several purchases.

I received my product in a timely manner. The only issue I had was that two of the fragrances I did not like to send, but the overall treatment was wonderful.

I called before arriving to make sure they had the cologne I wanted to purchase. I was told they did, but when I got there it was the incorrect type of cologne. I don’t know if that was just a ploy to get me into the store or it’s was an honest misunderstanding. But then when I decided on a different type of cologne, I was sold a used bottle. It was not in a box and came in some secondary shrink wrap. The cap did not fit and I’m not even 100% sure it is the correct cologne inside the bottle. I was told it was a “sample”, but why did the cap not fit. And when I got home and compared it to my old existing bottle of cologne, I noticed a distinct difference! I was extremely disappointed, especially when I found the correct cologne on Amazon for a fraction of the cost. I will not be returning and I will be sure to tell others of my experience. And don’t try and put blame on the salesperson. They were misinformed by management, as they were as helpful as possible.

The customer service was great but, The prices seemed high however. The buy one get one 50% off seems very much like a scam. It only lowers the prices to very near full retail.
