Very helpful I'm so happy 😊

The salesperson, Michael, No 17964, was great. He was friendly, polite and welcoming. The other salesperson, a female, was not welcoming. She appeared kind of upset when I entered the store, did not respond when I said “hi” and did not care one bit. Michael was putting merchandise on the upper shelves, he realized the woman was not willing to help me, he got down the ladder and took care of me. I thank him and also thanked the woman but she gave me a dirty look. Michael represented your business very well, the other person did not.

Juanita was awesome. She provided exceptional service and allowed us to test anything we wanted. She helped me purchase 3 fragrance oils. I will be doing a review of those and will shout out her and the store.

Sales personnel are very helpful and they greet you in a warning way. The store is always clean and well organized.

Extremely disappointed in the service i received by a manager at that. I came in for a return for a product that said manager sold me, walked me through the RETURN policy at check out then when I went in to RETURN my product. I was interrupted while speaking multiple times, argued with. Very poor soft skills for someone in a leadership position. Had she let me finish talking and listened to what i had to say it would have been a whole different review.
