We went to the outlet to exchange a scent that I got my daughter for Christmas and she received two of them. I had her go exchange it at the store and she informed them she had the buy 1 get 30% off and knew she would have to pay more for the new one. The lady at the store REFUSED to help, said without a receipt she could not do a return. She was horribly rude, refused to help and it was a terrible experience. I have purchased from this store every Christmas and will never go back. I called the Mills store and spoke to Shelby and she was OUTSTANDING! She called the outlets in Chandler and walked her through the exchange. Shelby truly understood the customer service model and she was and is someone I will always shop for. She went above and beyond and deserves recognition.

I purchased from your store two days in a row, while I was in town visiting family. Both ladies that helped me were very kind and knowledgeable. They suggested multiple fragrances that I liked. I will definitely be back. They allowed me to smell as many as I wanted and I was able to purchase four fragrances each visit so eight in total in two days. I will be recommending my friends and family to visit your stores.

Omg! I love the fragrances I got & i definitely need to go back for a reup. The women there are so nice and helpful! When you walk in it smells like a strip club 🤭🤭 and I said, "I WANT TO SMELL JUST LIKE THIS!" She laughed and showed me that there are these little spray bottles you fill up with multiple scents & it creates that combo atmosphere sent. It was just what I needed!

I bought a Saint Laurent Mon Paris perfume for my wife for 156.00 I thought I was getting a good deal because it was at an outlet in Tejon. But when I got home walmart had the same perfume for 86 dollars. Got Ripped off.
