Was great. The person that help my friends and I with scents definitely knew fragrances. We all got colognes that we love.

Bought a 4.2 ounce bottle of Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male. They charged $127.99. You can buy a 6.2 ounce on Amazon for $98.99. Prices are ridiculous at Fragrance Oulet. Don't shop there!! I don't agree with your response. Your buy 1 get one 50% off is not a good VALUE with the prices you charge. Also you do not allow refunds even if the product has not been opened. So when someone realizes your prices are outrageous and they can get it somewhere else way cheaper you don't allow them to return it. Again don't buy here unless you like wasting your money!!

This Fragrance outlet store did not make me aware of their no return but only exchange policy even with unopened items and receipt available for return with one week of purchase. Not only did they not make me aware of this policy before purchase they did not even mention it after purchase. They silently circled this information printed on the receipt after purchase. Since this is an unusual no return policy, i think deliberately letting the customer think that return policy is as most retail stores is misinforming the customer on purpose to gain business benefit and hence unethical, deceptive and fraudulent business practice. Also salesperson very rude and aggressive when responding to this request in the store.

The order was exactly what I requested and it arrived on time.
