Great customer service and selections/

The sales person was generous. I was going to buy one of the expensive fragrances but then he showed me a sale that they had. I liked the deal and went ahead and bought the fragrance and he told me to come back for another promotion they had.

The staff is what makes this place great After I purchased between 250-300 dollars for 2 bottles of men’s cologne I went back to the hotel I was excited about my purchase and intended to use one for a meeting I had later in the evening I unwrapped the package and opened the lid and travesty struck Before I sprayed the first spray it fell out of the box and shattered on the table A fluke accident I went back to the store to see if there was anything that they may have been able to do but feared that I had just lost $160.00 The lady apologized to me and said that they couldn’t replace it but they would sell me any other item at a discounted rate I was not upset because I understood it was an accident that they had no part in and that they didn’t owe me anything but it was nice that they were so willing to help in either case I ended up buying another 5 bottles that day and then I got a call today saying the district manager had been made aware of what happened by the lady who helped me and they are sending me a packaging label to send them the broken one back and they are going to replace it for me That is above and beyond any expectations that I could have for a retail location They have made a life long customer out of me

I went there twice because they kept giving me the wrong perfume. Third time I was so upset and just disputed the change with my bank. Never go there. They are stealing peoples money and not giving them the right perfumes

Service is absolutely essential. Only thing is seems like every time I order, one comes from one place and the other comes from another place so same order but delivery dates are way apart, that’s my only gripe lol. Other than that I say keep up the good work.
